When Cpanel modsecurity is turned on for some apps, saving of certain settings fail. Saving inline images in a post fail too. php 8.3 was used.
Turning off modsecurity for that domain solves the problem.
wordpress, humhub are not affected by this issue. Most apps using ckeditor and tinymce are affected.
Backdrop is affected by this, workaround use image attachments.
